Slip Dressing Gypsy Farm Feels in Are You Am I

|...Silky|

There are always the first fashion girls that blazed the blogging trail that we must pay homage to. Rumi Neely, of first Fashion Toast, and now Are You Am I, is one of those ladies. When Are You Am I first surfaced a year or so back, I instantly fell in love with the minimal aesthetic, neutral color pallet, and sexy yet subtle cuts of the dresses and basics. The brands tag line is; "For Girls That Get It", and I honestly could not agree more. It was hard to choose what I wanted, but for those of you who have followed LatelyIveBeen for a while, you know I'm a sucker for a slip dress, and that just happens to be what the brand does best. I chose the Zillah Slip Dress in Blush, & love it. I can't wait to bring it to Mexico in a few weeks! A slip dress is such a versatile item I firmly believe is worth investing in. Easy to roll up and stick in a travel bag for warm weather weekend away, or layered with a chunky knit and denim, for winter in NYC. I kept the look simple today out of the city on a farm, and just topped it off with my all time favorite pink fedora via Lack of Color.

Peace & Love, Claire
